The Summer School introduces to the central principles and methods of meta-science to bring structure to complexity in academic research. Students learn how to systematically synthesize evidence and transform scattered results into coherent, quantitative insight. Students will learn about the entire meta-analytical process, from literature research and variable extraction to statistical evaluation and visualization of their results. Comparing human performance with AI-supported tools will enable students to critically assess the performance of modern tools.

Credits and Registration
The Summer School is open to Bachelor and Master students from various scientific disciplines, particularly from quantitative research disciplines. Students can achive either 3, 5 or 6 ECTS according to their study program. Please contact your student advisory service bevor registration.
